Ingredients
  • Tomatoes 4, sliced
  • Shallot 1, thinly sliced (soaked in cold water)
  • Cabbage 2 sheets (thinly sliced)
  • Fish sauce 2 dessert spoons
  • Juice ½ squeezed
  • Coriander a handful chopped
  • Bird’s eye chilli 2 chopped
  • Fried onions a dessert spoon (in oil)
  • Cuisine: Cooking time: 15 mins Serving: 4 people

    Mix the above before serving. Best served with Chicken curry and coconut rice.

    How to prepare fried onions superfast(Si Chat)
    Fried onions/shallots can be bought from any major supermarkets.
    This goes into all of my salad. It is better to prepare this in bulk and keep in air tight jar for future salads.
